Our History
Founding partners Chris Gregory and James Grenfell worked together at Touche Ross (now Deloitte) Corporate Finance.
James Grenfell and Chris Gregory left Touche Ross (now Deloitte) Corporate Finance to set up a corporate finance advisory arm at Bentley Jennison.
Invex Partners was formed through a management buyout from Bentley Jennison Corporate Finance.
Gary Ecob joined the team at Invex Partners.
Invex Partners sold to Kroll. Kroll Corporate Finance was formed.
Shah Zaki joined the team at Kroll Corporate Finance.

Orbis Partners joined Clairfield International, an independent, international corporate finance partnership that provides advisory services to clients across an array of industries, which gives us access to over 400 corporate finance professionals situated in over 20 countries across the globe.
Team expands in London in partnership with IMAS Corporate Finance.
The Orbis team continues to grow, now consisting of 23 individuals.

Chris has over 30 years of corporate finance experience and has been leading deals within the industrials sector for over 25 years.
Gary has over 20 years of corporate finance experience and leads the food & consumer and business services sectors for Orbis.
James has over 25 years experience as a dealmaker, financier, and investor. He uses this experience to provide strategic advice to clients and leads our investment arm, Intrinsic Equity.
Shah has over 20 years of corporate finance experience and leads the TMT and healthcare sectors for Orbis.
Tom joined the team in 2018 and has over fifteen years of corporate finance experience leading deals across a wide range of sectors.
